We offer all kinds of baby and children products, selected from trusted brands that meet regulatory standards: strollers, prams, high chairs, bathtubs, travel cots… so you do not have to worry about these products when organising your trip to Madrid.

You can contact us to make a booking anytime, we will answer within the following 24 hours.

Our bookings are made on a 24-hour basis—that means that if you rent a stroller from Friday at 6pm until Sunday before 6 pm, your rental period will total 2 days and not 3 days.

Minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Minimum order is 25 Euros.

If you want to change your basket or extend your reservation beyond the booking period, you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can check on product availability.

For rentals for over a month, please contact us at info@mylittlerider.com, so we can work out a win-win arrangement.

We do not have a store, we only work online, but you can pick up your products and bring them back free of charge Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00 (for bank holidays, please read the delivery and collection section) at our meeting point at the following address (only by appointment):

Delivery and collection conditions are as follows:

1. From Monday to Sunday from 09:30 to 19:00.

  • Delivery or collection at a specific address or any of the train stations in Madrid (city): 9 euros (one way).
  • Delivery or collection at Madrid Alfonso Suarez Airport (Barajas): 17 euros (one way).
  • For any other address outside Madrid (city), please contact us.

2. Delivery or collection on bank holidays or express delivery (within 24 hours): extra charge of 15 euros (one way) to be added to above mentioned prices.

Different addresses for delivery and collection are allowed.

We are very concerned about product hygiene, so we follow a strict method to clean the products:
1.- Vacuum: we disassemble, tag and clean each part where necessary using high powered vacuums to remove every last crumb from car seat and stroller fabrics, and right down into the base of the chassis.
2.- Wash: all fabrics that are stained or dirty are machine washed so they are clean for next use.
3.- Steam clean: finally we use a steam vacuum system to handle the most difficult cleaning situations.

For insurance reasons, we are not allowed to install car seats. However user manuals will be available.

At My Little Rider we are confident that our customers will take good care of the rented products, so we do not charge any deposits.

Minor damage to the product caused by normal and responsible usage of the product is covered by us, but in the event of significant damage, you should be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is cheaper.

In My Little Rider, we understand that in most of the cases, you need our products to travel around, therefore we allow you to use your products during your trips, but you need to understand that since our services is only offered in Madrid, we cannot provide any assitance if there is any damage or loss when travelling outside Madrid.

If you want to travel light and avoid the pitfalls of shopping, we can shop for your baby’s basic needs, such as nappies, formula, jars, wipes,…whatever you might need. Just let us know what you need in the Personal Shopper comment box and we will have everything ready for your arrival with the rented products.

The cost of the service is 10 euros and you will be charged for the list of products selected according to the retailer invoice.

We offer several payment methods:

We use the most secure payment gateway to offer you a fast, safe and secure way of paying, using either your debit/credit card, Mastercard or Visa. Once your order is confirmed, we will send your invoice and e-mail with information on your payment. We offer multi-currency support, so you can pay in the currency you want.

PayPal
We offer payment by Paypal which allows you to shop securely.

You may cancel this agreement at any time by notifying us by e-mail at info@mylittlerider.com of your intention to cancel.

Refund policy for cancellation is as follows:

1.- If cancellation is done more than 48 hours prior to delivery, 100% refund will apply.
2.- For those cancellations done between 24 and 48 hours in advance, 50% refund will be applied, with a minimum charge of 20 euros.
3.- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours prior to delivery, no refund will be applied.
4.- After the beginning of the rental period, no refund will be applied.
